Just 35 minutes from Tucson awaits the most unique resort enclave in the Southwest. The Tubac Golf Resort and Spa, a member of Historic Hotels of America is located at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains on the historic 500 acre Otero Ranch and offers unrivaled accommodations, activities and amenities. Tubac is ideal for an executive retreat, planning session, incentive trip, conference or meeting. Activities on property include the famous 27-hole golf course, destination spa, tennis, hiking, boutique shopping and biking. The 2017 renovation included new decor in the Casita Suites and Posada Guest Rooms, expanded the Resort swimming pool adding a lap pool, improved band width for best Internet access and expanded Stables Ranch Grille outside dining terrace. . Adjacent to the resort is the Village of Tubac, a sophisticated artists colony, featuring fine art galleries, shops and eateries. Pre and post group stays will enjoy touring the Tubac Presidio Historic State Park, the Tumacacori National Historical Park and visiting Southern Arizona wineries.

• If the agreement is cancelled more than 9 months prior to the arrival date, no liquidated charges will be payable. Deposit/s will be returned minus a fee of $1,500. • If the agreement is cancelled more than 6 months but less than 9 months prior to the arrival date, the company or organization will be liable for 25% of the estimated guestroom and meeting room revenue. • If the agreement is cancelled more than 3 months but less than 6 months prior to the arrival date, the company or organization will be liable for 50% of the estimated guestroom and meeting room revenue. • If this agreement is cancelled 3 months or less prior to arrival but before the cut-off date, the company or organization will be liable for 100% of the estimated guestroom and meeting room revenue. • If this agreement is cancelled 30 days or less from arrival, the company or organization will be liable for 100% of the estimated guestrooms, meeting space and F&B revenues.
