The design hotel Scandic Vaernamo enjoys a central location, within walking distance to the shops, activities and the beautiful nature. The hotel is situated in Vaernamo in southern Sweden, with excellent opportunities for recreation, fishing and exercise. Hike in Store Mosse National park or enjoy a round of golf at Vaernamo golf club. Don't miss a visit to the art and design haven, the Kingdom of Furniture (Möbelriket), which also has inspired the design of the hotel. The Scandic Vaernamo hotel is an excellent choice for your meetings and events with its central location in southern Sweden. The hotel also has a banquet hall, which is perfect for larger arrangements for up to 300 persons.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
