In the event of cancellation at your request the following cancellations will apply: ●If the Reserving Party cancels the Special Event between the date of signing and ninety (90) days or more calendar days prior to the event’s date, 25% of the room rental fee. ● If the Reserving Party cancels the Special Event of less than ninety (90) days and sixty (60) days prior to the event, 60% of the room rental fee. ● If the Reserving Party cancels the Special Event of less than sixty (60) days and thirty (30) days prior to the event, 80% of the room rental fee. ● If the Reserving Party cancels the Special Event of less than thirty (30) days prior to the event, 100% of the room rental fee.
