Wengen is a car-free resort on a sunny plateau in the Jungfrau Region, domina-ted by the famous 3 peaks of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The friendly, tradi-tional village with many wooden chalets is very popular with active holidayma-kers, families, and those in search of peace and quiet. The panoramic views and the opportunities for excursions are Wengen's big attractions. The Sunstar Hotel Wengen is distin-guished by its friendly atmosphere and fantastic panoramic location. All the rooms are cosy, with lots of warm wood, and views of either the mountains and down the valley to the south (Superior with balcony) or over the village and the Männlichen (Standard). Also a big indoor pool and steam bath to make you feel great.
