Carboni’s Ristorante Bar & Marketplace Our featured restaurant on property, Carboni’s provides an authentic Italian experience. Take a seat in front of our exhibition kitchen, where you can witness the pasta being made fresh daily and observe the creation of our farm-to-fork cuisine. Hotel Winters event venues have been custom crafted to deliver the perfect setting for your event, whether it be social, incentive, or corporate in nature. Our venues range in size and depending on setup can accommodate up to 300 guests.
