The Black Bull Hotel is a 17th Century Coaching Inn standing in the main street of Wooler. It still retains much of its original character and is situated in one of the most picturesque parts of Northumberland. It is a wonderful base for walking, riding, golf and fishing. Also, ther sandy beaches and popular towns of Berwick upon Tweed and Alnwick are half an hours drive away. The hotel is fully licensed and serves good homemade food, every lunchtime and evening, in the restaurant or in the bar areas.
