Welcome to the Hawkhills at York in England, a stunning Georgian and Victorian country home, now sympathetically updated and modernised to provide state-of-the-art facilities and modern hotel accommodation. The Hawkhills is an outstanding venue for conferences, training events, weddings, charity functions and meetings – whether you are planning an intimate gathering, large business presentation or a grand family occasion. The hotel also offers 150-seat tiered; state-of-the-art lecture theatre and 10 seminar rooms equipped with sophisticated AV and IT technology. Our recently built on-site hotel, which has 102 double en-suite rooms, is located for maximum convenience just steps away from the Hawkhills.

The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
