Open throughout the year. The stunning 18th century Walled Garden offers orchards, a fruit garden and a beautiful rose walk, open from the beginning of April to the end of October. We also have a wide ranging events programme, with activities for visitors of all ages! There are also lectures, tours and courses in traditional crafts so there is always something happening at Norton Priory Museum And Gardens. Halton Castle is one of only two surviving Norman castles in Cheshire and is linked with the story of nearby Norton Priory. There are a number of fascinating feature in and around the castle, including the sally port, garderobe and tower. It is opened for special events and tours several times a year.
