About us

Ruby’s Oyster Bar & Bistro is in the center of Rye, NY is at once chic, casual and comfortable. It charms guests with its varied menu, friendly and professional service, and its lively ambience. Ruby’s stylish décor showcases an authentic zinc bar from Paris, beaded chandeliers and coffered ceiling overhead down to its marble mosaic floor. Our Private Dining Room seats up to 35 people, and showcases our glass fronted wine storage. It is a cozy intimate room, with carpeting and table linens, creating a very comfortable feel. Birthdays, Anniversaries, baby or bridal showers, sweet sixteen’s, rehearsal dinners, small weddings and all occasions work here.
