Parc Hotel Billia is part of the Saint-Vincent Resort & Casino, a jewel of Saint Vincent, a lovely mountain village in the heart of the Italian Alps. Being located in the middle of the Aosta Valley, it takes less than 2 hours to get here from the international airports of Milan, Turin, Geneva, which is extremely convenient for everybody who would like to indulge himself in the spectacular scenery of this marvellous place where locals are friendly and food is fabulous. Parc Hotel Billia offers its guests unrivalled facilities that let them immerse in a unquestionably experience. An extraordinary Design Hotel, a clash of traditional and timehonoured Alpine style and modern minimalism of contemporary architecture by famous architect Piero Lissoni. A unique Spa of 1800 sqm, L’EVE, offers you an unforgettable experience of water treatments and massages. Guests can head to casino (opened every day 24hrs, except 24th December) which is directly connected to the hotel.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
