Si el arrendatario/cliente cancela el evento antes de pagar el 50% restante, la Academia retendrá el depósito no reembolsable del 50%. El arrendatario/cliente puede reprogramar un evento para que se lleve a cabo a más tardar 6 meses después de la fecha original del evento. Si el rentee/cliente no puede reprogramar el evento, Academy retendrá el depósito del 50%. Si se reprograma, el depósito del 50% se aplicará al evento reprogramado. Si el rentee/cliente cancela el evento después de haber realizado el saldo final del 50%, Academy retendrá el depósito no reembolsable del 50%. Se reembolsará el 50% del saldo. El arrendatario/cliente puede reprogramar un evento para que se lleve a cabo a más tardar 6 meses después de la fecha original del evento. Si el rentee/cliente no puede reprogramar el evento, la Academia retendrá el depósito del 50%. Si se reprograma, el depósito del 50% se aplicará al evento reprogramado.
