Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $500 deposit secures the date of your event. All events are booked on a first come first serve basis and all dates are available until deposit is received.

Additional Information

Rental fees are assessed and finalized based on a few key elements that include, but are not limited to the number of guests, the duration and the day/time of the event. A general estimate for a 3-hour duration of 40 or less guests is $1750 - $2000. For a group of 41-75 the price may range from $2000 to $2250. Pricing consideration given to Non-profit organizations and existing clients.
