The General Harrison, a Gold Rush-era ship, was discovered in 2001 during construction, and remains buried beneath our hotel’s foundation, with an outline on the sidewalk marking its location. Yes, Elminated all disposable straws, use of washable serving wares in public space and guest rooms. Elmination of plastic waste bags in favor or washable liners. Replacement of soaps and tissue paper at 100% depletion.
