• When we cater your meal, no rental fee will be charged for events with 100 guests or more. • Linen and security not included in rental fee. • A $500 deposit must be paid at time of agreement in order to hold the day. Deposit will be returned after your event. • There is a mandatory $150 security charge for every 100 guests. • Remainder of rent must be paid 15 days prior to event. • Events must end by 1:00am. • All decorations, including balloons, must be removed by renter after event. • The club is not responsible for belongings left behind.
