Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation must be completed before 4:00PM PDT, the day prior to your arrival. Reservations made on the day of arrival are confirmed past the cancellation policy and will result in a fee if cancelled. Cancellation fee is equal to the first night's room and tax. Complimentary room reservations will be subject to a minimum $70 cancellation fee.

Rate Requirements - Some rates require proof of membership or qualifications that must be verified upon check-in. Soboba Casino Resort is not required to honor these rates if you do not qualify or provide proof of qualification upon arrival. Pet Policy - Soboba Casino Resort does not allow pets on property. ADA recognized service animals are welcomed. Non-service animals that are found on property may result in removal from property and a deep cleaning fee of $250 minimum. Smoking Policy - Hotel guestrooms are 100% non-smoking. We do have designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. If smoking is discovered in the room, guests will be charged a smoking fee $250 minimum. Outside Alcohol Policy – Outside Alcohol is not permitted at Soboba Casino Resort. Outside alcohol must remain in personal vehicle and cannot be brought into the hotel room or pool area. Illegal drugs or paraphernalia are not permitted at Soboba Casino Resort. Drugs Policy- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia are not permitted at Soboba Casino Resort. Those found in possession of or under the influence of will be asked to vacate property and may be subject to paying cleaning fees, permanent eviction from property, or involvement of local law enforcement. No Weapons Policy - Soboba Casino Resort prohibits the possession of any weapon while in the SCR gaming, banquet or hotel facilities except for weapons authorized by federal, state or tribal law for federal and state law enforcement or tribal and casino security. No Party Policy – The hotel has a no party policy and if found in violation of this policy, guests will be asked to leave property without refund. Minors Policy – Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted on the gaming floor. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to be left in hotel rooms or public areas without adult supervision. Children over age of 15 are permitted to be in hotel room or public area without an adult as long as the adult registered to the room remains on property at all times. If children are found to be left unsupervised, guests may be asked to vacate the property, permanent eviction from property, or involvement of local law enforcement. Special Requests - Soboba Casino Resort strives to honor requests for specific room locations, room types, and bed types. These requests cannot be guaranteed until the time of check-in.
