Chef and partner Christopher Blobaum has created a menu inspired by the farmers market and seasonal organic produce. As a member of the Chefs Collaborative and the Slow Food Movement, Christopher believes in the importance of sustainable ingredients and the value of the chef/farmer relationship. The menu can be described as contemporary American cuisine complemented by Chris’s extensive classical French training and unique and creative style.
