Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player. The Brass Animals, a brass/jazz/marching band, have delighted audiences of all shapes and sizes at corporate events, weddings, private and special events, and sporting events all over the country. Our first restaurant in Orange County is located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum Center, a premier shopping, dining and lifestyle destination in Southern California. Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the dining room featuring an open kitchen window to showcase our gaucho chefs at the churrasqueria grill. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture.
