Santo Mine Oia Suites is a brand-new barefoot luxury all-suite hideaway opening in 2024. Part of Santo Collection and sister property of the multi-awarded Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas (formerly known as Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa) and The Villas by Santo Collection, Santo Mine introduces a welcoming outdoor living concept that brings guests at one with the island natural surroundings. Santo Mine is a haven with soul and unrivalled views of the Aegean Sea and the Santorini sunset. Carved into the cliffs of Oia on the site of an old stone mine right above the enchanting Ammoudi Bay, Santo Mines takes inspiration from Santorini’s nature; the rugged landscape, the calming earth tones, the Mediterranean aesthetics, and the Cycladic minimalism. Green plantings on the suites’ roofs create a feeling of being at one with the earth and nature and encourage guests to embrace the natural surroundings of Santorini’s earth and soil. The 37 individual suites all come with either a private pool or a jacuzzi and have direct views of the Aegean Sea, that glistens like an extension of the hotel.
