Yes, All areas of the hotel are reducing the plastics items. Reduce plastics in our restaurante, with coffee wood stirrer. The restaurant doesn't use plastics cup, plates, cutlery. At the apartment, the hotel doesn't have a comunicate plastic items, use QRCode

Yes, All these materials are sent to laundry after every guest check out. Pillows have a protector. Only washed if the guest takes the protector out or in case of COVID confirmed guest, the pillows are also washed at laundry.
