Hotel Fioriti was set up the 11 of August 2007 from the willingness of the 'maitre' Angelo Fioriti, a member of the society "ordine dei gran maestri della ristorazione"(a prestigious order of cooking).The building is located on the historical city of Matelica, a site of archeological intrest who bring evidences of the ancient 'Piceni' civilization.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
