Na meer dan 100 jaar is Savannah opnieuw herenigd met zijn geliefde rivier in een levendige amusementsbestemming aan de rivier met luxe hotelovernachtingen, ongelooflijke restaurants, wijnproeverijen en luxe winkels. Maar om dit punt te bereiken, was een behoorlijke transformatie nodig. De oorspronkelijke energiecentrale van de site uit 1912 is gerestaureerd met behoud van historische kenmerken, zoals de iconische dubbele schoorstenen en de bakstenen buitenkant, en heeft een nieuwe bestemming gekregen met de toevoeging van hotelkamers en ruimte voor gemengd gebruik.
