Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the company before any refunds will be processed. 1 – 60 days of arrival: 100% of invoice total. Payment needs to be made within 30-days of cancelling the booking. 61 days and over: Any bookings cancelled after 14-days of original reservation and 61 days or more before check in, will be penalized.
