Политика отмены

Любые запросы на отмену должны быть предоставлены в письменном виде. Отель не рассматривает и не обрабатывает устные запросы об отмене бронирования. Если подтвержденные участники конференции не приедут в назначенную дату, это считается отменой. Если оплата за проживание взимается с отдельного участника конференции/клиента, эта сумма будет списана с соответствующей кредитной карты — в том случае, если отель получил от Клиента достаточную информацию для оплаты действительного платежа. Если отель сочтет, что информации для обеспечения платежей недостаточно, отель оставляет за собой право списать причитающиеся суммы с основного счета организаторов конференции. Любые запросы на внесение изменений в предыдущие бронирования, влекущие за собой снижение стоимости мероприятия, изменение дат и/или времени, сокращение продолжительности, количества и/или качества забронированных услуг или помещений, сокращение числа гостей, считаются полной или частичной отменой в зависимости от степени сокращение. Отель оставляет за собой право считать, что любая частичная отмена, составляющая более 60% от общей стоимости мероприятия, является полной отменой. В случае неявки с гостей взимается штраф за отмену бронирования в размере полной продолжительности пребывания по договору. «Дата начала» означает первый день размещения группы или дату первой встречи или мероприятия, в зависимости от того, что наступит раньше.
