About us

Four Seasons Seattle is excited to share our fully renovated meeting space in 2023. Surrounded by iconic destinations such as Pike Place Market and Seattle Art Museum, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle delivers Curated Events, meant to wow guests and push the boundaries of ordinary meetings. Through intuitive service orchestrated by a team of professionals; fresh, Pacific Northwest cuisine; and views of Puget Sound, our goal is to create an environment that inspires and brings people together for meaningful connections. "Seattle was such a wonderful destination for our client’s incentive program. We were able to have a variety of activities for our guests to choose from – city tours, sailing trips to Bainbridge Island, culinary experiences, electric boats, golf, spa, and other exploration of the city. As event planners we have found first hand that Seattle has just the right mix of what an exciting city would offer along with unmatched natural views, hospitality at its finest, and world-class cuisine. The Four Seasons is the perfect spot to host an incentive with its great location, amenities and modern feel. The hotel really encompasses the vibe of Seattle. This city offers truly something special for groups and we hope to have the opportunity to return one day very soon!" – Laura VanZante, CMP, Moxi Events, LLC Four Seasons offers 10,570 square feet (982 square metres) of sleek, contemporary function spaces. Conveniently grouped on the second floor, all rooms feature natural light from large windows. With floor-to-ceiling views of Elliott Bay and Puget Sound, the Ballroom accommodates up to 500 guests under a soaring ceiling. For events with up to 140 guests, the Sycamore Room features panoramas of Elliott Bay and the city. Four other function rooms are flexible for groups of up to 100. An outdoor terrace adjacent to the Hotel is available for receptions, intimate cocktail parties, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
