About us
We have 7 conference rooms at Whirlow Brook Hall, all with beautiful views of the parkland and beautifully furnished, it’s equipped with everything you need for your meeting to be a success. All bookings at Whirlow Brook Hall receive full exclusive use of the venue, including all of the break out rooms, a private terrace area to enjoy to enjoy refreshment breaks and a private bar area for post event drinks. We have a minimum numbers of 30 guests for conference bookings. We have a range of food options available, including BBQs, street food, sharing platters and more, with a variety of vegan options available too. For delegates who require overnight accommodation we have set rates with Kenwood Hall and DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield Park Hotel which are approximately 4 miles from the venue, and are happy to provide a 24hr rate including transportation to the hotel if required. Whirlow Brook is conveniently located just 4 miles from Sheffield City Centre, with great transport links, whilst being situated in 39 acres of grounds which create a peaceful setting away from the distractions of every day office life. The grounds are a perfect space for a variety of team building activities. All bookings at the venue receive complimentary onsite parking and free Wi-Fi.

For conferences, banquets other corporate events cancellation charges payable by you: - Up to 4 weeks before the event is scheduled to take place 25% of the total booking value - Between 4 and 2 weeks before the event is scheduled to take place 50% of the total booking value - Less than 72 hours before the event is scheduled to take place 100% of the total booking value
