There are 57 comfortable rooms available that include two deluxe rooms and ten adjoining double rooms as well as a suite. The three-story building with its modern style, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort provide comfortable accommodation. Here always a smiling, friendly and helpful staff is looking for to fulfil all your wishes. The intimate restaurant offers real food gourmet extravaganza; be it a simple breakfast or a multi-course dinner. All of the masterpiece dishes created by the award-winning chefs are culinary highlights. In the Lake Wellness Oasis impressive, mosaic-covered warm-water pools with a variety of experience elements pamper the work-weary body. Since Lake Balaton is just 100 metres away, throughout the summer one can enjoy the convenience of the hotel’s private beach, which is made even more comfortable by a sun pier, deck chairs and a snack- and cocktail bar. To arrange successful events and programmes Hotel Residence Balaton****superior has 7 different sized and shaped conference and training rooms that can meet all demands for trainings for 10-20 persons from manager and partner meetings to conferences up to 150 people. Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation the following fees have to be paid: 45 days before the event: 0 % of the costs of the event, 30-44 days before the event: 30 % of the costs of the event, 18-29 days before the event: 50 % of the costs of the event, 8-17 days before the event: 70 % of the costs of the event, 1-7 days before the event: 100 % of the costs of the event. Number of persons of meals and coffee breaks can be changed without fee 24 hours before the meal. In case of cancellation within 24 hours 100% of the reserved quantity has to be paid.
