The Redbank in Skerries was founded in 1983 by Terry and Margaret McCoy. Terry had experience in the hospitality industry as a chef in France, Germany, Switzerland and the USA. Margaret had worked in the hotel business in Ireland in Front Office. Each of the guest rooms at Redbank House has been lavished with an individual sense of style and comfort. If you seek a quiet place away from the office, in which to meet colleagues and discuss important business matters, consider the solace offered in the Red Bank. Tucked away in a quiet section of the Red Bank Restaurant, this area can be specially set up to accommodate small meetings & is offered on a complimentary basis to groups of minimum 10 delegates.
