This exclusive hotel is housed in a former monastery and exudes a classical atmosphere with contemporary comfort. The hotel is ideal for cultural excursions to Brugge (Bruges) and Damme, but the beach at Cadzand is only a short distance away. The Zwarte Polder (Black Polder) and wonderful nature reserve 'Het Zwin’ nearby are both excellent for cycling and walking. The hotel has 64 practical rooms, all of which exude the delightful exclusive atmosphere of the distinctive building. The hotel has a maximum capacity of up to 500 persons. For meetings, presentations, training courses or team-building activities, Hotel-Restaurant De Dikke Van Dale has plenty of options to choose from.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
