About us
Experience the breadth of history from the mining period at Wanbo Herrgard. Nestled in the greenery at Barken's Beach lies this beautifully cared for 18th century estate, with cellar vaults dating from the 12th Century providing the perfect location for the dining hall and wine bar. Here delicious food is served, including locally caught pike-perch and elk. The estate offers every comfort and the best possible service from friendly and knowledgeable personnel. The spacious rooms are named after famous Swedish writers who have all been frequent guests here, including: Alice Lyttkens, Harry Martinsson and Wilhelm Moberg. We offer 5 conference rooms, 4 breakout rooms and a maximum of 140 persons in cinema seating.
