Cancellation Policy for Gamer's Den: We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of your reservation at Gamer's Den. To ensure a transparent and fair process, the following cancellation policy is in effect: Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be issued through the original payment method. Rescheduling: Whenever possible, we encourage clients to consider rescheduling rather than canceling. We are happy to work with you to find alternative dates. Force Majeure: Gamer's Den understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will work collaboratively to find a suitable resolution. Communication: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to J.Sparrow@test.com. Please include the booking details and reason for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team at 9812347650.
