Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. Restrictions sur les installations

Les réservations sont acceptées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Les demandes doivent être faites au moins deux semaines avant et au maximum un an avant votre événement. Vous devez être âgé d'au moins 21 ans pour louer l'établissement. Les horaires hebdomadaires ou mensuels réguliers pour tout individu, groupe ou organisation dépassant une période de trois mois doivent faire l'objet d'une approbation préalable. Tous les frais d'utilisation indiqués sur le contrat de location seront exigés au moins deux semaines avant l'événement, ainsi que le schéma d'aménagement de la salle et tout autre arrangement pertinent. Un dépôt non remboursable de 75$ est requis au moment de signer le formulaire de réservation. Le dépôt sera appliqué à vos frais d'utilisation. Une fois que cet accord a été signé et que le dépôt non remboursable a été reçu, votre utilisation des installations à la date et à l'heure demandées est garantie. Il y a un dépôt de garantie de 75$. L'installation doit être laissée « telle quelle ». Le dépôt de garantie sera remboursé ou appliqué à vos tarifs de location si toutes les conditions sont remplies au moment de quitter l'établissement. Les dommages ou les heures supplémentaires utilisées dans le cadre de votre événement seront facturés. Veuillez faire les chèques à l'ordre de : Good Samaritan Toutes les parties externes (celles qui ne sont pas orchestrées par les résidents ou le personnel de Good Samaritan) sont tenues de faire appel aux services du coordinateur du centre communautaire employé par Good Samaritan. Le poste de coordonnateur sera obtenu au tarif de 18$ de l'heure. Ce tarif sera facturé pour la durée de votre événement plus une demi-heure avant votre événement et une demi-heure après votre événement (ou la durée de l'événement plus une heure). Le coordinateur de l'événement sera disponible pour vous aider à organiser et à nettoyer, à servir de la nourriture, du café et de l'eau, à s'assurer que tout l'équipement est en état de fonctionnement, à assurer le bon déroulement de votre événement avec Good Samaritan et à garantir le respect de toutes les règles de cet accord. Nous vous recommandons de prévoir les 30 à 60 dernières minutes du temps de location prévu pour l'événement pour le nettoyage. En général, l'installation doit être laissée dans l'état dans lequel elle a été trouvée. Aucun aliment ou boisson contenant un colorant rouge n'est autorisé ! Les flammes nues telles que les torches Tiki, les barbecues ou les bougies ne sont pas autorisées à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Le représentant du groupe/de l'organisation de location est responsable de rappeler à tous les clients, y compris les enfants, d'être très respectueux de l'établissement et de la communauté environnante.
