Our efforts are strategically guided by the Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP) and the Moderate-Risk Waste Management Plan, both designed in compliance with Washington State law. The SWMP incorporates a Contamination Reduction and Outreach Plan, focusing on the reduction of contamination in recycling streams and promoting responsible waste management behaviors among community members.
