Privacy is ensured with 24 individual meeting rooms and a self-sufficient, fully functional conference centre built around the latest audio visual requirements. Total connectivity and complimentary WIFI throughout the property are provided. With lifts to take guests and delegates to their respective floors, both security and discretion are fully covered. In addition, the stunning Highline Suites, Club InterContinental lounge, which provides world class service, dedicated executive boardroom and highly trained staff will ensure that even the most exacting requirements can be fulfilled. The hotel also offers excellent dining and entertainment facilities: whether you are looking for a formal gala dinner to seat up hundreds of guests or a glamorous sunset cocktail party on the 19th Floor at SKYBEACH and/or SKYHIGH lounge, both with panoramic views of the St Julian’s and Sliema area. Ħaġar Qim & Mnajdra Temples

The temple of Ħaġar Qim stands on a hilltop overlooking the sea and the islet of Filfla, not more than 2km south-west of the village of Qrendi. At the bottom of the hill, only 500m away, lies another remarkable temple site, Mnajdra found above the southern cliffs. The surrounding landscape is typical Mediterranean garigue and spectacular in its starkness and isolation. The visit of Ħaġar Qim & Mnajdra Temples is spread between the visitor centre which houses the ticketing, reception, shop and exhibition areas and a small 4D theatre. The visitor centre is 110m away from Ħaġar Qim whilst the two temples are then 500m apart from each other.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS The Client may cancel all or part of the Total Bedroom Block, Food & Beverage requirements and Meeting and Function Room requirements within the following agreed Terms and Conditions. All deposits will be kept by The Hotel in case of full termination. A unilateral termination by the Client not justified by the non-fulfilment of the Hotel's obligations, shall force the terminating party to pay a fixed compensation calculated as follows: Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Rental A) Partial Cancellation (Attrition): In the event of cancellation by Group of part of the Room Block, the following agreed terms and conditions shall apply: a) If between the date of this Agreement and the 60th day prior to arrival Group cancels up to 15% of the total Room Block, then no cancellation charges are incurred, provided that any cancellation in excess of the said 15% shall incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the cancelled part of the Total Room Block Cost. b) If between the 59th day and the 30th day prior to arrival Group cancels up to 10% of the total Room Block, then no cancellation charges are incurred, provided that any cancellation in excess of the said 10% of the total Room Block shall incur a cancellation charge of 100%. c) If between the 29th day and the 07th day prior to arrival, Group cancels up to 5% of the total Room Block, then no cancellation charges are incurred, provided that any cancellation in excess of the said 5% of the total Room Block shall incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the cancelled part of the Total Room Block Cost. d) If between the 7th day prior to arrival, Group cancels any part of the total Room Block (including but not limited No Shows on the day of arrival), then Group shall incur a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the cancelled part of the Total Room Block Cost. B) Full Cancellation of Group/event: In the event of a full cancellation of the Group, the following agreed terms and conditions shall apply: (a) If the Notice is received by Hotel up to 90 days prior to arrival the Group shall pay Hotel the amount of 75% of total contracted revenue (b) If the Notice is received by Hotel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival Group shall pay Hotel the amount of 90% of total contracted revenue (c) If the Notice is received by Hotel within 59 days prior to arrival, the Group shall pay Hotel the amount of 100% of total contracted revenue.
