You are welcome to decorate beyond what the Baileys’ Restaurants will provide. Confetti, glitter and anything that can damage the walls is not permitted.
Condizioni annullamento
If the guest and Baileys' Catering Inc are unable to come to an agreement regarding the terms and details of the event, including an approved event proposal and received deposits, by two weeks prior to the event date, Baileys' Catering Inc reserves the right to cancel the event. Should you choose to cancel your event, you must do so in writing and submit to your event coordinator. Please see below for the penalty structure: Over 12 months before the event, 25% deposit is fully refundable. Within 12 months of the event, 25% deposit is forfeited. Within 30 days of the event, the full amount paid (75% of the initial proposal) is forfeited. Within two weeks of event or in the event of a “no show”, the Total Balance Due is owed.
