Alpengasthof Tibet Huette biedt gasten de mogelijkheid om zowel direct in de toren als in het nieuwe gedeelte van het huis te verblijven. Wie houdt van de typische cottage-sfeer voor Zuid-Tirol komt goed aan zijn trekken in onze gezellige torenkamers. Voor de meer veeleisende gast echter, aanbod van het huis naast ruime en comfortabele kamers met bad, douche en toilet. Hier kunnen bezoekers niet alleen genieten van prachtige en unieke uitzichten op de Ortler en de spectaculaire Stilfserjochstraße, maar ook traditionele gerechten uit de Zuid-Tiroolse keuken en de Valtellina-keuken proeven. Of het nu typisch Zuid-Tiroolse is: een zoete pannenkoek of apfelstrudels, een stevige stoofpot met spekbollen, kaasballetjes, spinaziecams, gerechten met eekhoorntjesbrood met cantharellen en eekhoorntjesbrood, of typisch Valtelliniaans: bresaola, pizzoccheri (boekweitpasta met savooikool, aardappel en kaas), polentagerechten, worst, - hier in Tibet in het huisje heb je keuze te over!

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
