Meet chef Daniel: A Culinary Evolution Chef Daniel journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where his passion for fresh, quality ingredients was first sparked. This belief, shared by Michelin-star chefs worldwide, ensures the best culinary results in every dish. In 2004, chef Daniel launched Granny’s Golden Oven across from a hospital, offering health-conscious meals that quickly gained popularity among the staff. His dedication to quality earned him a decade-long partnership with the Military, providing nutritious lunches for recruits five days a week. Eager to expand his horizons, chef Daniel ventured into fine dining, collaborating with top-tier caterers and executive chefs. He later completed his degree in culinary arts, blending tradition with modern innovation—all while staying true to his foundational principle of using the freshest ingredients.
