Glenwhan Garden wordt beschreven als „een van de beste nieuw aangelegde tuinen van de afgelopen tijd”. Dertig jaar geleden was er niets anders dan varens, gaspeldoorn en wilgen, maar door zorgvuldige beplanting is een tuin van 12 hectare ontstaan vol prachtige plantencollecties van over de hele wereld. Er is kleur in alle seizoenen en de kronkelende paden, goed geplaatste stoelen, sculpturen en water dragen allemaal bij aan de rustige sfeer. Er is een wandeling van 17 hectare met wilde bloemen door de heidevelden, de kans om rode eekhoorns te zien en een prachtig uitzicht over Luce Bay, de Mull of Galloway en het eiland Man. De tuinen kunnen worden gehuurd voor privéfeesten, zoals bruiloften.
