In December 2020, Amerant Bank Arena became the first National Hockey League arena and first Florida sports and entertainment venue to achieve the WELL Health-Safety Rating, leading the sports and live entertainment sector by example to prioritize strategies focused on health, safety and well-being. In April 2022, Amerant Bank Arena, announced the renewal of its WELL Health-Safety Rating which includes cleaning & sanitation procedures, air & water quality management, emergency preparedness programs, health service resources, stakeholder engagement & communication and more.

In the event of cancellation, User shall pay Operator for any unpaid Personnel and Services Fees, in addition to the liquidated damages provided above, upon presentation of an invoice from Operator detailing such Personnel and Services Fees. User shall pay Operator interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the due date for any such sums due which are not paid within five (5) days of presentation of such an invoice to User.
