Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND ATTRITION TERMS Cancellation or Reduction of Accommodation, Delegate Numbers, Event Space and Food & Beverage 120 days prior to the Event All or part of the accommodation room block, guest numbers, event space and food & beverage may be cancelled, and the non-refundable initial deposit will be retained. 90 days prior to the Event - 20% of the accommodation room block may be cancelled. Cancellation of room nights in excess of 20% will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation revenue cancelled, over the permitted 20%. - 20% of guest numbers event space and food & beverage may be cancelled. Cancellation of event space and food & beverage in excess of 20% will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total value of food & beverage cancelled, over the permitted 20%. 60 days prior to the Event - 10% of the accommodation room block may be cancelled. Cancellation of room nights in excess of 10% will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation revenue cancelled, over the permitted 10%. - 10% of the event space, guest numbers, and food & beverage may be cancelled. Cancellation of event space and food & beverage in excess of 10% will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total value of venue hire and food & beverage cancelled, over the permitted 10%. 30 days prior to the Event - 10% of the accommodation room block may be cancelled. Cancellation of room nights in excess of 10% will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation revenue cancelled, over the permitted 10%. - 10% of the event space, guest numbers, and food & beverage may be cancelled. Cancellation of event space and food & beverage in excess of 10% will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total value of venue hire and food & beverage cancelled, over the permitted 10%. Any costs relating to a third party supplier for goods and or services, as agreed by the organiser, and which are not refundable to the Resort, will be charged as a cancellation fee. Within 30 days prior to the Event All rooms cancelled and no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for all room nights cancelled. Cancellation of any event space, guest numbers, and food & beverage will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total value of the venue hire and food & beverage cancelled. Any costs relating to a third party supplier for goods and or services, as agreed by the organiser, and which are not refundable to the Resort, will be charged as a cancellation fee.
