Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou sits in the heart of the Suzhou New District, and is located in the Metropolitan Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Jiangsu province. With 390 beautifully appointed rooms that are among the largest among Suzhou hotels, it also has 90 exclusive Horizon Club rooms and 30 elegant suites. The lower levels of the tower also contain a shopping arcade. As the premier international luxury hotel in the city, the Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou offers the state-of-the-art facilities, a wide range of customisable floor plans and arrangements, and always-attentive Shangri-La service to ensure that your business event or special occasion is a memorable success. The hotel meeting facilities are preeminent in the area. The Grand Ballroom has a capacity of up to 800 seated dinner guests or over 1,200 people at a standing cocktail reception. The Metropolitan Ballroom, the hotel’s second ballroom, can hold up to 220 dinner guests. The hotel’s 16 function rooms cater to more intimate meetings or social gatherings.
