Våra dörrar öppnade i maj 1997 och vi har haft turen att ha varit upptagna sedan dess! Vårt mål är att du som gäst ska uppskatta god mat i trevliga, men enkla omgivningar, samt att känna dig hemma och ha det bra! Med Göta kanal, bryggan, båtarna och brovaktmansstugan precis utanför är det lätt för Idas Brygga att leva upp till förväntningarna. Inuti finns kännetecken för en traditionell svensk fiskhandlare med breda brädor och massor av trädetaljer. Menyn är modern och varierad, trots kökets passion för matlagning av fiskrätter. Vår filosofi är att använda riktigt bra råvaror i vår matlagning och där det är möjligt från närområdet. Anledningarna till att vi lägger så stor vikt vid våra produkter är smak, miljö och god kvalitet.
