Anläggningens begränsningar

Hotellet begränsar användningen av mötesrum efter kl. 22.00, eftersom alla mötesrum ligger intill sovrummen. Hotellet tillåter att upp till 25% av rummen kan blockeras i grupper, så kontakta hotellet för information om grupper som behöver 26 eller fler sovrum per natt.

Avbeställningspolicy

Alla möten måste avbrytas minst 7 arbetsdagar före schemalagt möte. Om möten avbryts inom 7 arbetsdagar efter schemalagt möte, kommer hotellet att avstå från avbokningsavgift om mötesrummet kan hyras till en annan grupp. I annat fall debiteras 50% av hyran av mötesrum som avbokningsavgift. För gruppsovrum kommer det att finnas en avbokningspolicy 24 till 72 timmar, beroende på behoven hos varje specifik grupp.

Additional details

Alla möten är prissatta inklusive upplägg och skatt. Möten kan också prissättas mot en extern cateringersättning. Sovrum prissätts separat, med grupprabatter tillgängliga.
