Must select catering from our list of Atlanta's top caterers. You are allowed to provide your own alcohol at no charge.

Avbeställningspolicy

Contract required for all private events. Deposit is required with contract, with balance due 30 days prior to event. No cancellation after 30 days prior to event.

Additional details

The rental fee includes security, tables, chairs, set up, breakdown, on-site event supervision, and free parking (after 5 p.m. and on the weekends). The Museum's galleries can be added to any facility rental. Alcohol is permitted (no cash bars) and must be provided by the event sponsor. There are no fees associated with the alcohol, but a preferred caterer must provide all bartending services. Food must be provided from vendor on Approved Caterer List. No outside catering or homemade food allowed. We do not rent for fundraisers, religious events, or political events.
