The Embassy Suites Boca Raton is a great choice for your next event. Providing 15,000 square feet of indoor function space complemented by an outdoor Courtyard. From our versatile ballroom accommodating up to 420 guests banquet style, to our conference rooms, discover a variety of settings to fit your needs. We welcome groups up to 100 rooms peak nights and will consider larger groups based upon availability. Meetings set in our newly renovated space for up to 350 attendees set classroom. Our Palm Theatre set with tiered seating is popular for training groups up to 100 attendees. We feature boardrooms that accommodate both 12 and 25 attendees: A perfect setting for board meetings and retreats. Located between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, our hotel is situated in the heart of the Best of Boca’s world class shopping, restaurants, nature parks, museums, golf, tennis and of course, Florida's beautiful beaches. From our spacious two-room suites to our free made-to-order breakfast, we understand our guests and their needs. We provide warm, professional service that creates a lasting connection between the hotel and valued guests. Make yourself at home in our two-room suites which feature a spacious living room and separate bedroom with a door between the two. Recharge in our 24 hour fitness center. Relax poolside which features patio seating and a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool. We include newly upgraded wireless internet access available throughout the hotel. Complimentary made-to-order breakfast served each morning as well as our signature Evening Reception, where we serve complimentary drinks and snacks (Service of alcohol subject to state and local laws) (Must be of legal drinking age).
