Located at VII Traversa Mare, 15, Premier and Suites is a new reality, able to truly represent the trend for contemporary hotels, with appeal and a sense of glamour stolen from the fashion world. It is aimed at both the traditional guests who use the hotel for rest and relaxation, and the business guests who can find all the comforts of such a luxury hotel as well as all the dedicated areas to organize conventions and meetings. Hotel Premier & Suites was conceived for significant business trips, where leisure is as important as work, and where making business becomes a pleasant pursuit. On the first floor, we have a “Business Center” with the most innovative technological solutions that, together with the class and comforts of a 5 star hotel, is the perfect setting for seminars, conferences, meetings, congresses and group activities.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
