Beläget i den historiska New York Life Insurance Building som ursprungligen byggdes 1894, tar Kimpton Gray Hotel sitt namn från Georgia Grey-marmor som har gett strukturen en känsla av sofistikering i över ett sekel. Matalternativ inkluderar: La Bella på våning ett som serverar frukost, lunch och middag. Vol. 39 på våning två är en intim lounge med förgyllda kaviarvagnar, cocktailklassiker och en omfattande vinlista. Boleo på våning femton är en hotelllounge med utsikt över stadens himmel och ett infällbart tak för njutning året runt.
