Our team have been involved in this industry for many years, and have deep sectoral relationships, knowledge and insights which are made available to you to help your event be the very best it can be. Conference Supports: Please note all supports are offered free of charge Bid Support: - Bid Document coordination and design - Bid Video – editing of CCB video with footage specific to the conference sector - Access to Failte Ireland bid support funding - Bid ppt presentation - CCB staff member to accompany ambassador to make a bid if required - Any other collateral to support the bid – e.g. tailor-made postcards and pull-ups and other marketing collateral Venue and accommodation finding service: - Proposals collated and sent to client with availability and rates from suitable hotels and venues - Room block coordination Site Inspection: - Site Inspection of shortlisted venues for local organizing committee - Co-ordination of site inspection for International decision-making committee - Access to Failte Ireland site inspection funding. Other Supports: - Securing of Lord Mayor/Civic receptions for confirmed conferences - Introduction to suppliers - Supply of delegate bags, pens and PureCork maps - Access to Failte Ireland marketing funding once the conference is confirmed and has a minimum of 100 international delegates - Sponsorship

Charles Fort is a classic example of a late 17th century star-shaped fort. William Robinson, architect of the Royal Hospital in Kilmainham, Dublin, and Superintendent of Fortifications, is credited with designing the fort. As one of the largest military installations in the country, Charles Fort has been associated with some of the most momentous events in Irish history. The most significant of these are the Williamite War 1689-91 and the Civil War 1922-23. Charles Fort was declared a National Monument in 1973.
