After you’ve signed the booking agreement, you are only entitled to cancel the booking for all or part of the rooms by email to events.eindhoven@thesocialhub.co, against the following fees: 1 month and more prior to event date = Free Between 1 month and 14 days prior to event date = 25% Between 14 days and 10 days prior to event date = 50% Between 10 days and 7 days prior to event date = 75% Less than 7 days prior to arrival = 100%

The Social Hub Eindhoven is a fresh and exciting hybrid hotel, combining a location in a the heart of the city, with comfortable boutique-style rooms, and big, stylish social spaces that encourage guests to release their inner student. The hotel is designed like a giant playground, with a games rooms and lounge areas, as well as a quiet library and work space, so everyone has something to enjoy, whether it is a round of ping pong, or a good book. Complementing these spaces are meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and a fully-equipped gym so guests can work out and break a sweat. Even better, The bar-restaurant serves guests tasty food and glam cocktails in a lively environment. Guest rooms are modern and stylish, featuring comfy beds, a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, safe, coffee & tea facilities, a flat-screen television, and plenty of wardrobe space. Super-fast wireless internet is available without charge in both the bedrooms and throughout the property. The hotel is located next to the central station and 5 minutes walk from the city center of Eindhoven.
