NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa is a distinguished piece of Florence's history built in the 12th century and one of the oldest hotels in Italy. The hotel is perfectly located in the pedestrianized historical center, just a few steps from Florence's main attractions, such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. The city's historical center boasts a considerable number of Renaissance buildings, gardens, churches, museums, art galleries and ateliers. NH Porta Rossa incorporates the Monalda Tower, a wonderful 12th century tower with a staircase leading to spectacular views over the beauty of the cityscape. The hotel's 72 rooms, combining classic and stylish furniture with a fascinating historical atmosphere, are guaranteed to ensure that guests will enjoy an authentic stay. All the rooms are unique, some endowed magnificent frescos.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
