We are here for you! We thank you for your interest in allowing us to host your group or event. Our team is dedicated to making your event a memorable one and will answer your RFP as soon as possible. Thank you for the opportunity! • 20 multi-function meeting rooms • Accommodate up to 1,200 people in over 20,000 sq. of space • Easy access to Fort Collins and CSU • A/V rental and print services available • 24 Hour Business Center • On-site restaurant, Spring Creek Grill Our state of the art A/V equipment is available throughout our over 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and we have onsite A/V technicians to answer any questions. Our catering team will work out all of your dining details, while our experienced sales team will take handle the rest of the details for your event. Meeting attendees can enjoy our close proximity to many restaurant and shopping opportunities within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. Our hotel features 255 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites each equipped with high-speed internet access and a spacious work desk. The entire property was fully renovated in 2017 (completed October 2017). Our Hilton Fort Collins professional banquet staff will ensure your event is a success.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
